Yesterday I stumbled across a tutorial on designing and developing in the Greater Cleveland area. While most obviously the strategy behind Stonebridge and other finely crafted buildings one wonders if exactly who in the City has learned the most from this educational program. I caution you, it is addictive! Soon you will be searching for the 'mixed-used', 'lifestyle center', 'green-design' buttons to maximize project marketability and capitalize the most on a lack of Design Review Board that has the power and integrity to stand against you!
